Access to the Site does not require either registration or the supply of personal data.

Personal data are supplied voluntarily by users of the Site – hereinafter referred to as the Users – wishing to contact Metaltronica in order to request services/information or to offer themselves as candidates (furnishing CV’s). These data are used exclusively and only in so far as they are necessary, to provide the service and/or assistance requested and are not passed on to third parties, unless the transfer of such data is required to perform legal obligations or is strictly necessary in order to satisfy requests made.

The User is at liberty to provide the personal data referred to in application forms submitted to Metaltronica. Failure to furnish mandatory data, marked by an asterisk, may prevent the handling of the data in question and therefore restrict the company’s ability to reply.

If opting to send data explicitly and voluntarily to the mail addresses indicated on the Site, the sender must then provide Metaltronica with his or her address, so that the company can reply to the inquiries made, as well as other personal data that may be included in the communication.
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30th June 2003, dealing with the protection of personal data, and subsequent amendments to the enactment – the Privacy Code – Metaltronica informs Users that the Data Controller, as defined by the decree, is Metaltronica.

The handling of data as part of the services linked to the running of the Site takes place at Metaltronica’s head office, as indicated above, and is dealt with by in-house personnel assigned this task or by others instructed to deal with sporadic servicing operations.
Metaltronica does not collect “sensitive” data (relating to health, religion, political allegiance, etc.).

Personal data are handled in paper and/or electronic form with logics strictly linked to the purposes established. Metaltronica has implemented specific technical and organisational security measures to reduce the risk of violation of Users’ privacy to a minimum, thereby guaranteeing that all handing operations respect the principles of propriety, legality and restraint.

When using social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others, it is important to be familiar with and understand the tools offered by the sites for selection of the methods to be adopted to share personal data in social media profiles. Metaltronica is obliged to adopt the privacy practices and policies used by these third parties and therefore invites Users to read the information regarding privacy applicable, the operating terms and relevant information relating to the methods adopted to use personal data within these social media networks.
Anyone supplying his or her personal data to Metaltronica is entitled, at any time, to exercise the rights laid down in art. 7 of the Privacy Code, contacting Metaltronica at the addresses indicated above.
